Since you asked this question two days ago, you may or may not have resolved this problem. Since your question was what you can BUY at a store for this.

Children's pebto Bismol is now available or children's motrin, also what is she eating? You say she throws up everything, I know that you can still get sick even if you take medicine, but did you try the B.R.A.T diet? (Bread, Rice, Applesauce, not sure of the last one sorry) For drinks, If she can take it, she should drink some gatorade or pedialite (pedialite, is made for kids with various stomach problems including vomiting, to restore the lost electrolytes in the body due to vomiting etc. Gatorade can help too) A fizzy soda like Sprite or 7-up could help settle the stomach.

This can be helpful for you if this is to happen again. Your sister if she has a sudden urge again to get sick, there sometimes is not much you can do, what you can do if enough time is she should sit down and relax, I mean like lay on her side, or if she doesn't want to do that, to if possible sit on a bed, with serveral pillows or another soft material to support her back, and just try to relax while drinking something. I

f she hasn't been known to get sick while taking a stomach aid medicine then she should take this while relaxing then wash it down with some soda, but remember ALWAYS TRY to relax as best as you can, sometimes that fear over getting sick can trigger it to actually happen or for the feeling to get stronger.

(I know because a fear of vomiting, except I haven't thrown up in over 4 years now, so I know what i'm talking about, on helping to settle your stomach)

If sucessful and you feel even just a BIT better, relax for awhile longer, maybe try to even sleep, sleep can help the body restore energy or just make you feel refreashed and stay that way. Anything to reinforce your relaxtion whether it be having someone sitting with you give you a backrub or having music or even the t.v on.

(I don't recomend actually watching it though, but for some reason watching an episode of this certain show I really love, very strangely by the end of the episode after it I always feel fine, but that's just me) Then for the rest of the day, I don't eat any meats or foods that are greasy or too solid, for the day I put myself on the B.R.A.T diet and eat nothing else. If it happens at night then for a part of the or sometimes the whole day (depending how I feel) i'll do the samething.

One thing you should look into is what foods your sister last ate before getting so sick as she did. Was there a virus going around in your house or at school? and what to do to prevent it from happening. (ex: washing hands longer with more soap or with warm water, making wiser decisions before just chowing down, ALWAYS check the experation date, most of all when in doubt throw it out/ Think before you eat)

if you have a bad feeling about something then you probably shouldn't chance it. But avoid making it constant, if after 3 days or so your fine there's no need to be so precausious. I hope this helped and I really hope your sister feels better! But if you feel the condition is that bad you should consult your doctor, he may just tell you she obtained a very bad bug from some where, if this just so happened out of the blue. (unless she has a history of stomach problems or if "free fluid" is found inside of her stomach area)
