you know, the only time i take it or really need it is near my bedtime, or in the middle of the night. and now that you mention it, i guess it could make you sleepy. if i didnt take it, i'd be up all night with a belly ache. but if i take it, even if i dont feel much better, i can fall asleep. interesting....
