any idea on whats the best type of bong to use

Really, it's just personal preference. I wouldn't buy one over the net, though, because you would want to sort of test out how it feels to you. I've used a few that were nearly impossible to do by myself. Also, they should really have a carb so that you can control the amount of smoke you get. Glass tends to be the best, but you really want to buy those in person, so that you can check out the integrity of the glass. You know, no cracks or unintentional bubbles in the glass.
