its for being onstage, i don't have deep stress in my life!! i just want something to take for a few days or hours beforehand.
Answers:
i was getting stressed before my wedding and someone suggested i took them so 2 weeks before i bought a bottle...well they were fantastic i even slept like a baby the night before the wedding and on the day everyone else was freaking out and i was very calm....my friend took them before her driving test as well and passed first time :)
