Ejaculate is mostly water and protein, so while it's not bad for your skin, it's not really all that great either--about the same as rubbing a teaspoon of water and lotion on your skin, or the same as eating a teaspoon of steak. This is an old myth, boys telling girls that ejaculate is good for thier skin so they'll do a "certain something" for them, but it's really not true, it won't make your skin shine or anything.
