Is there a natural way of fighting morning drowsiness other than coffee and sleep?

Answers:

I have learned that if I am dehydrated I get real drowsy no matter the time of day. If I get the yawns on top of that, it is definitely dehydration. Water is an energy boost in that if we are low on fluid, all the cellular activity is not acting up to par. Give it a try, hydrate yourself with good ol water in the morning, or before you go to bed at night. I am sure you will see a difference!
