depends on the weather where you live. where I am, it's typically arid, so all you have to do is let them sit for a few days. they dry out all by themselves. if it's humid where you live, put them in a closet with a fan on them. trun them occasionally if you think it's appropriate.

try this: put them on a flat tray and put them in a freezer. as soon as they are frozen all the way through, take them out and thaw them under a fan. when they are thawed, (and the condensation has dried off) put them back in the freezer, let them freeze, then take them out and thaw them under the fan then put them back in the freezer... it's called "freeze drying". it's tricky without a vacuum, but it can be done without fancy equipment. (just think about the condensation on a glass of cold beer - condensation on beer/condensation on shrooms...)
