Does spritual healing work?!

Does spritual healing work?
I mean a real spiritual healer. For example, if i had cancer or a tumor, could real spiritual healing cure this? If i found a real spiritual healer?
Im not saying i have this or anything, its just an example.

spritual power works beyond any-one`s imagination,
it is not limited to any dieses as you say,
like cancer or a tumor or any things else,
and why dieses, spritul power is the ultimate energe force,
capable of doing absolute anything at all,
but, it is really tough, tough, can not be put in words,
to meet a real spritual power holder, one meets only when,
it was pre-destine and for a specific purpose only,
it is not that you go to find a spritual power holder and
will find him, it will be like that he may come to you,
for a pre-destine purpose and he will complete the job,
and vanish, that`s all.
