I'm not trying to be gross..... but which Vitamin, Mineral, Supplement, Herb or Meds you Hate to Burp Up?
For me, I hate the taste and smell of Goldenseal. vitamin a and beta carotene has a weird smell & taste.

okay thats nothing(although oregano capsules are grrrooossss) when you get the vitamis through IV you get this weird taste in your mouth and you when you pee it smells like vitamins as well. its like your body releases the smell and you need a bath, asap. the price you pay to be healthy...*sigh
