I worked in a health food store for over 10 years & learned a lot of natural ways to do things. I would go on a 3-5 day juice fast every year in Jan. & would take the internal cleansing herbs & always had great results. Go to a trusted natural health food store in your area & talk to someone that has been in the business for awhile.
