I take Carb/Levo with Mirapex for several years for severe RLS?
I think my system is getting use to it, Is there another medicine that works as good as Carbl/Levo and Mirapex

You'll have to ask your doctor. There is a high tendency for our bodies to develop a tolerance for Parkinson's drugs that are used to treat RLS, so the carbidopa/levidopa and Mirapex are probably not working as well as they did a few years ago for you.
Make an appointment to speak to your doctor and request a prescription for a new treatment. There are many other drugs out there that can be used to adjust your dopamine levels, but only your doctor can correctly prescribe the one that should be best for you.
