Follow the detox tea instructions, first of all. Secondly, water will definitely help things. Also, cranberry juice (or cranberries themselves), onions, and vinegar. I smoked on a Tuesday evening, and got tested on Friday morning - and PASSED the test. I did NOT use the detox tea, only cranberry juice, and made lots of salads using vinegar and oil dressing, with lots of red and yellow onions in it. Good luck!
