is acetaminophen which is in tylenol and excederin a real drug, like can it get someone high?

not only will acetaminophen destroy your liver which may eventually repair itself, it will destroy your kidneys which don't repair themselves so it's a transplant if your lucky or dialysis several times a week, that means sitting for hours while machine cleans your blood, what a waste of valuable time
