My aunt was recently diagnosed with chronic lukemia, should she undergo chemo therapy at the age of 75?

Are there any natural remedies? Perhaps someone else has experience a situation like this one and can give me some advise.

There are a few things that she could try. but I would still have her proceed with doctors instructions.
