Colonics for weight loss???
is it safe? is the procedure in general safe?

it's expensive to start, but yes it is safe. Basically it's one giant enema, that cleanses your colon of all the build-up on the walls and such...while I can honestly say I've never had it, it seems that it would not be comfortable, but it only helps to lose 5-8 lbs at a time, and can only be done once every few months.
