Problem sleeping.?

Having problems with sleep. I may sleep only 2-3hrs a nite. I've taken prescription drugs to no avail,(Lunesta, Ambien, Chloral Hydrate). I've had this problem for years, what else is there to do, besides drugs. I'd like to sleep like a normal person.

A number of remedies have been used for centuries to help people sleep. drinking a cup of herbal tee made with the following herbs might help you to sleep lemon balm, chamomile, hops, passion flower or valerian. pregnant women should not use any herbal remedies with gp consent. Lavender essential oil in the bath is certainly a good sleep inducing tonic.
Try having a massage by a professional aromatherapist ask for a insomnia session, they would use roman chamomile, clarysage and bergamot that is lovely and you would have a good nights sleep.
add 1-2 drops of lavender to a tissue and place inside your pillow to aid you in falling asleep. do not add any more than 2 drops of essential oil as it can have the opposite effect
