The best way to absorb the B group of vitamins is get the vitamins straight from the foods richest in those vitamins.

Fatigue and exhaustion are two signs of vitamin B12 deficiency. You need to increase the amount of foods you eat that are rich in this vitamin.

Yeast, liver, beef, milk, cheese, eggs and fish, kidney and pork.

If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet then you really do need multivitamins in your daily routine!!

Other symptoms you may be suffering are migraines and headaches, irritability, moodiness, inability to concentrate, dizziness, head and hand sweats, nausea and vomiting, numbness and prickling and tingling sensations in the outer extremities (hands and arms, legs and feet) and insomnia and constipation.

The multi B tablets you need are usually labelled Mega B complex or Executive Stress B tablets. Blackmores have a really good range.

Thing with vitamin deficiencies is that as soon as you correct the nutritional deficiency your symptoms will rapidly disappear. Really, truly, you do need to pay more attention to your diet or you'll constantly be suffering unecessarily. I know its easy to jus grab junk food on the run. My 3 school age kiddies do it all the time and ditch their lunches in favor of the pies and chips they buy at school!! Each time one of them has a tummy ache, headache, too tired to do anything etc.etc.etc., its always because they've been trying to get away with eating too much rubbish ............. its really jus your body saying please pay more attention to me .
