And it's spelled HEIGHT. Guys are done growing when they are 21-22. If you are under that age, then you still have time to grow. There is NOTHING you can take or do to make yourself grow. It's in your genetics and there is nothing you can do to change it. No supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, exercises, stretches, sports, foods, drinks.....nothing. You just have to be patient and see how tall you are in your early 20s. That's the height you will always be--till you start shrinking in old age.
