Does Growing Pills Work?

I recently started taking pills that said would help me grow faster and I was wondering If they really work and If they work how long would It take for effect..... If anyone took pills that helped them grow can you tell me what they are called and how much you grew in how much time? Thanks

If you take a pill It won't just make you grow but maybe It helps a 1 inch growth spurt become 3 or something and who says that If your over 18 you can't grow more huh? lol

No such thing, but...

It's pretty well documented that people who don't get proper nutrition while they are growing will be shorter and less healthy as adults.

My recommend would be to get a very good multivitamin - not a drug store brand like Centrum - something with lots of vitamins. Then eat plenty of protein & fat - cut out the empty carbs, and lead an active lifestyle.
