there is,nt a slimming tablet on earth that works,they all claim to either to speed your metabolism up, or wade their way through fat , what absolute TOSH!!!! it,s all a money making scam. the best and really only way to lose weight, is exercise and eat what you eat now(except CHOC, CREAM CAKES ETC.) only have smaller portions,if you,ve kept well enough on what you eat now, then your doing it right, just smaller portions. i used to weigh 20 st, now i weigh 10.5 st, thats just with what i said smaller portions,
