Are there any effective alternative medicines for ADD/ADHD?!

Question:

Are there any effective alternative medicines for ADD/ADHD?

Answers:

Hi Nick,

The first thing you need to consider is eliminating iodized salt and switching to something organic, like Kelp, as your source of iodine. Buy non-iodized sea salt instead.

Iodized salt, is from potassium iodide, the body just doesn't process it the same way as organic iodine. Further, potassium iodide, can cause this fuzziness and inability to concentrate that is commonly called "ADD." This may not be your problem, but it's an easy thing to find out, inexpensive and without any drugs or risks.

When I made this change my ADD like symptoms disappeared, I take encapsulated seaweed called Sea Vegg which contains organic iodine.
