Is St Johns Wort any good, if so, how long would I have to take it before seeing any difference in mood?


Answers:

Before starting St Johns Wort check the other medicines you take for example if you are female you CANNOT take it if on the pill or HRT medication, you cant take it if you are a diabetic etc so check it out first.
