Is there a way to give yourself a massage or make yourself feel relaxed and ease the stress on your muscle and body tension. I ask this because after my workouts I feel like sitting down and .... relaxing.... ?

fill up the bathtub with some really hot water and just soak in it add some lavender oil it helps releive u and the stress and makes u sleepy, i love it and im sure you would too! also if u want a massage, get those massagers and use it but the bath will help out more
