Are there any real asthma remedies out there that work?
I have asthma and have tried many remedies I dont drink milk or eat milk products Im now on steroid and have throat infections from over use Im running out of ideas.

asthma unfortunately cannot be cured. that's what my specialist told me.
if you're on the inhaler steroids, you gotta rinse & gargle after inhaling to get rid of the excess medicine. this will lessen the throat infections.
otherwise, depending on the severity of your asthma, you may ask your doctor to switch to a powder-based inhaler which also lessens the infections. these are products like Advair, etc
