I am going to have a lymphatic massage....?

What can I expect ?
I have diabetes type 2.

I do hope that you checked with your attending physician first before having this procedure done because of the circulatory problems that many diabetics have. It doesn't take much to get the lymph fluid to move - but you have to make sure that the practitioner is certified in lymphatic drainage and massage and has experience with treating individuals with special conditions. I have cancer and have had lymphatic massage and my massage therapist has been specially trained to know that to do with some one in my condition. Ask questions before you go into a session to make sure this person knows what he/she is doing and, again, check with your doctor.
