My hand is killing me, wat do i do?
I have been mowing and helping my dad fix a car and now i can hardly write notecards for my homework that is do tommorrow morning, i need a quick fix any ideas?

look up reflexology and accupressure and give yourself a hand massage. Do both hands, then massage/rub your feet ... you should feel better if you do this every day- as you will get better at doing it, the more you do it.
you can probably find a book about reflexology at the library.
