Should I take low dose aspirin along with my Vitamin E?!

Question:

Should I take low dose aspirin along with my Vitamin E?

I am on low-dose aspirin therapy; but am also taking vitamin e. I was told not to take both at the same time...that vitamin e also thins the blood. Should I stop the aspirin therapy? What do you think???

Answers:

Yes you can take both thing simultaneously !Vitamin E is not thinning the blood it do lowers the cholesterol and helps in reducing atheromatous changes But Aspirin is anti platelet therapy which causes blood cell named platelet non adhesive and non aggregating that's why it is called a blood thiner agent! You will surprise to know that once if the platelet is made non adhesive it remains through out its life that is 7 days !But i would like to advise you to take Vitamin E at night time mainly because mainly in night time cholesterol is being manufactured !so better you take cholesterol lowering agent at night time !Vitamin E also is a anti oxident which means anti aging sustance! In old days it was known as sex vitamin also ! Vitamin E if taken for a long time than it may cause hyper vitaminosis so better you take intermittently !If satified give me a good answer mark!Always YouRsmE
