YES - Absolutely!! They are very good for this. Most people who have heard of the Hopi Ear Candles only think about them for wax removal but they're amazing for all symptoms that come with or following a cold. I became a therapist in this about 4 years ago & in my everyday work as a homoeopath, I might use them on people suffering from sinusitis if I'm having to wait for a remedy in the post. It's a good standby & really does give quick relief.
