Is it possible for sleeping pills to have an adverse effect on some one?


Answers:

Yes it is possible, you should ask your doctor before taking a prescription one, or go to Sav-On and buy unisom, take only 1 (the dose is 2) and see how it effects you. It also depends how often you take it. I have friends who take ambien every night, and after a while they become immune. I take about 1 every month for those days I can't sleep (which doesn't happen often), but it works for my system. Here is some more info:
