Got a sinus headach that wont go away, I'm at work and in pain. Does anyone have a solution? Going home early is not an option

First of all, I would see your Doctor to see if you have Sinusitis which causes headaches. Sinusitis is Bacterial infection in your sinus cavity. Your doctor most likely will prescribe an Anti-Biotic.
