Is biofreeze ok for carpal tunnel syndrome?

I am having what feels like a bad flare up of crpal tunnel in my right wrist and I'm right handed. its rather painful. I have been wearing a wrist brace to keep myself from bedning my wrist too much. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if biofreeze is good for carpal tunnel symptoms or will it make the numbness feel worse? I need to go see my chiropractor but hes in the process of moving his practice to another location. So I won't be able to see him until he reopens

for those that don't know biofreeze isn't found in a drug store, usually you need to get it from a chiropractor or physical therapist. My massage therapist also uses it.

i use it regularly for my carpal tunnel, with great relief. No problems to report, as of yet!
