VEGA testing?
I had vega testing done about a month and a half ago. Quite a few of the foods I assumed I was sensitive to but a few of them really had me shocked. Do you think VEGA testing is accurate or just a bunch of crap?
Answers:
There is no evidence to support the theoretical basis or the practical claims of the Vega test method. This is admitted by the VERY INVENTOR of the Vega machine, Dr H Schimmel, who writes "the effective base of the Vega test method is still unknown."
Now, I am all for alternative medicines, when there is some evidence of proof behind them; but with VEGA, I must admit, I am not so sure. Others may disagree and feel it is a great tool; but again, I am not convinced as of yet. Skepticism is not necessarily a bad thing.
