I have used grapefruit seed extract for a long time. I make my own lotions, and I use it religiously as a "preserver." It's similiar to an antibiotic, also if taken internally. It can help some skin conditions topically. If you are using it in skin cream, you won't need more than 10 drops to 10-12 oz's or so.
