Which fibre supplement product do you recommend?

I'm going to take fibre supplement to relieve my constipation problem. However there are so many kinds and brands of fibre supplement product in the market. Can anyone tell me how to choose? Is there any specific brand you would recommend? Is SmartFibre by RenewLife a good choice? The advertisement says the product contains flax and borage seed fibre (a blend of 50% soluble fibre and 50% insoluble fibre).

I love Dr. Natura's Colonix Intestinal Cleanser. It's ingredients are psyllium husk, flax seed, fennel seed, licorice root, aloe vera, grapefruit pectin, papaya fruit, slippery elm bark, marshmallow root, rhubarb root, alfalfa, guar gum, peppermint leaf, and uva ursi leaf.

This is a very high quality product and the only one I would ever consider using.

To read up on their products go to www.dr.natura.com. Read through their site and see if this may help you in your decision of what to use. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't think it was any good. If nothing else their website will provide you with a ton of information. Don't forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
