Answers:

Sounds like the flu to me. Could be a sinus infection with drainage causing upset stomach or just having so much swelling in the sinus that it makes you dizzy and nauseated. Could be both.

Your doctor could prescribe something called Reglan for the nausea and vomiting tomorrow. It really helps a lot.

The rest--well, the flu is viral and you may need to let it run its course (antibiotics don't kill viruses). If your stuffiness is in your chest, he may prescribe an antibiotic to stop bacteria from growing in your lungs. If it is a sinus infection, and he determines it is bacterial (there are ways to tell) then he may prescribe antibiotics.

Drink plenty of fluids even though you have a hard time keeping stuff down. Some of the fluid will stick around and keep you hydrated. Don't drink caffeinated drinks, it will dry you out more.

Also, follow the BRAT diet for your upset stomach (bread, rice, apple juice or sauce, toast and tea). Those are all mild things that won't upset your stomach even more.

Oh, and if you are running a fever, take Tylenol, not aspirin. Your stomach won't be able to handle the aspirin, it is really acidic and can make you more nauseated.

Hope I helped, good luck until tomorrow.

PS-Some Walgreen's are starting to employ family nurse practitioners that will see people without an appointment. My friend does this, and she says that a lot of people come in due to the fact that they can't get a doctor appointment.
