Which of these is better to anxiety and panic attacks? Bach's Rescue Remedy or GABA?

Please only comment on one or the other. If you've tried one or the other and your opinion on the one you tried?

Sorry to go out of what you wanted, but I had anxiety and panic attacks years ago before drs. knew what they were.

If your Bach's Rescue Remedy or GABA works, that's wonderful and cudos to you.

I hope it does, but if it doesn't, I want to tell you what happened to me because I didn't go to a psychiatrist and get proper mediacation for 8 years. (By the way, I owned a health food store at the time).

I became socially phobic, agoraphobic and finallly after 8
years didn't want to be on the planet any longer. Some part of me
stepped outside myself and said, 'If you're going to kill yourself, you may as well go on medication.' This was not something that my family wanted and my friends were all in the natural food community.

Anyway, I immediately saw a psychiatrist, which saved my life. Currently, I am still into a lot of natural things. I am a vegetarian. I eat organic. I take Omega 3 caps and a good natural multivitamin. I only use safe cleaning supplies in my home and I recycle. I'm telling you all this to let you know I
didn't just turn my back on everything I believed. But I am sure glad I'm still on earth.

Again, I hope with all my heart that your remedies work, I pray that they do. But please, hon, if they don't-see a psychiatrist-not your pcp general dr-a psychiatrist. They know the right medications to take and can work out which are best for you.
