my boyfriend smokes weed sometimes to help him relax and sleep.
I don't have a problem with that , he is not an addict
He is a bit nervous person and has a hard sleep (wakes up easy, doesn't sleep again then)
he tried hot milk before sleep , nothing.
he tried light sleeping pills but they made him unable to wake up after (and when he did was a bit dizzy too for hours)
in our country weed is forbidden (yet)! so trying to find weed can lead him to jail with a record for ever!
any ideas for substitutes that work as weed?
(Legal to us - that means no drugs)
