I don't know about natural remedies sweetheart, but I can tell you the only product that works on black heads is Beta-Hydroxy. In "teenage" (acne) products, it's called Salicylic Acid, in products for adults (blackheads, large pores) its called Beta-Hydroxy. It's the only product the have found thats dissolves the oil on your face.
Do not scrub, brush or use very hot water, this will only aggravate things. Be very gentle with your skin, you don't want scars.
Go to the drug store, get one or more of the products I mentioned. Neutrogena is the best. Wash you face at least twice a day, but be careful not to over-dry as your skin will create more oil.
This is probably related to your hormones as well, period/birth control, for boys puberty. Drink lot of water, stay away from greasy food.
