Can someone tell me if what I'm taking is safe.?!

Can someone tell me if what I'm taking is safe.?

I'm taking several herbal supplements twice a day. Ginko Biloba, Milk Thistle, Grape Seed Extract, Omega 3, a multi-vitamin, green tea pill, apple pectin, and apple cider vinegar pill. I take them all at once. I was also taking papaya extract and stopped taking it because i thought it was doing something funny. i've taken the rest of them at the same time and haven't noticed any negative effects. Anyone know if this is safe and what ways should I alter this to make it safer.

A multiple Vitamin and Mineral is also very important to take because of the calcium, B-complex for stress and all of the other ingredint tha help creat balance in your body. Don't stop taking them, maybe now you don't feel much of a diffrence but in the long run they prevent many visits to the doctor.
