I love this book and am currently trying to find my local health food store. I encourage you to do so also.

Answers:

I think he has a lot of good ideas BUT...

I got annoyed with the first book because he says everyone else wants to make money...I don't think he's any better. And, he kept referring to his website where you have to pay more $$ to get the answers.

So, my husband bought the 2nd book (I would not have based on the first book)--it does seem to be better than the first. I'd have just checked them out from the library.
