There are NO hormone shots you can take. That's not true at all. There is NO WAY to make yourself grow. None. No supplements, vitamins, hormones, herbs, drugs, exercises, stretches, sports, foods, drinks.......NOTHING.
Guys are done growing when they are 21-22. Until then you have a change to grow. After that, you are done.
Don't you think if there was some way to make yourself taller, that there would be hardly any short people? Almost all of them would prefer to be tall. Of course........but there isn't.
