I dont have medical insurance and the bulb does not work

this is really weird, but my mom did this to me all growing up, a dr. told her it was not harmful and i still do it. put your head sideways and pour a capful of hydrogen peroxide in your ear, and sit for five minutes with it in your ear. it fizzes when it hits the wax and desolves it. what is not desolved loosens and falls out when you drain the peroxide from your ear. afterwards your ear is clean, not full of oil or anything.
just dont do it to often because wax is there for a reason, to keep dirt and other things out, same with boogers. but it will help i promise!!
also my grandpa uses a water pik in his ear, dr. recomended.
