MSM OR METHYL SULFUR METHANE HAS NO MEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS. NEITHER DOESLECITHIN. BOTH CAN BE USED TO PROVIDE USEFULSUPPLEMENTAATIONTO THE BODY.
I TAKE 2 TABLESPOONS OF LECITHIN GRANULES. THE MSM POWDER, I'VE TAKEN 1 TBS. DISSOLVED IN WATER (THIS TASTES BITTER).
