Drink your 8 to 10 glasses of water a day...
Eat your biggest meal at breakfast, which you really could get used to doing pretty fast once you realize just how much more energy you would have and how great you'd feel for the rest of the day... Hamburgers, steak, eggs, toast, fish, I mean anything your heart desire... three of every raw nuts you can get your hands on... (not salty) change your table salt for sea salt... have your beverage (tea or coffee) about an hour at least after the meal or at least thirty minutes before the meal... Carbs for lunch is okay but still better for breakfast... Sardines are the best for lunch along with crackers, pickles etc. If you can make your last meal of the day, vegetables and or legumes such as black-eyes peas, man! what a difference you'd begin to feel as to pain control! It just about vanishes away... once you get on such a way of eating... and it's not a "diet" as you can eat as much as you want... it's just the time that you eat that is different and so much better. Give it a try and I promise you wouldn't want to go back to the lack of energy and the pain from the former days... Guarantee! Take an omega 3-6-9 as well as it flushes the bad fat... replace your transfats with cold-pressed olive oil and season your steamed veggies with sea salt and lemon juice; it's just so good once your taste buds get used to it and they really do... they'll thank you for it and so will you!!!
