Do you know of any natural sleep-inducing remedies??

You can take herbal supplements like valerian root, chamomile, hops, passionflower. These herbs are going to help you relax and you should take before going to sleep. You can also try melatonin or use a combination that has all of them together.
If you have anxiety you should also take a multiple vitamin and mineral formula and extra vitamin b-complex for stress and your nervous system. Actually, you should take a multiple vitamin even if you don't have anxiety
because it's going to create a balance in your body.
