and if doing exercising .. dont you have to wait at least 2-3 days for your muscles to get big.?
Answers:
Protein.
Peanut butter, steak, meats, chicken, etc are all great sources of protein which is what builds muscles.
Drink lots of water, drink water before during and after your workout.
Workout your muscles so that you are sore the next day or two, that way you don't have to even think about working them out until 3 days after (atleast!). Muscles NEED rest in order to grow, if you do not give them rest you will only be hurting yourself.
