What are alternative herbs to take for type 2 diabetes other than shots and pills? i have been one for 11 yrs

i have been one for 11years and just now taking raw apple cider vinegar and bittermelon to switch up. i have been taking pills for all those years and back end of last year went to a 24hr shot at nite and i pill wth 4 in the day time and now i refuse to keep going like that since i discovered vinegar which has help me to cut back pills with the exception of one and on shot at nite. what else can be just as effective. thanks
