I have a new born child, he has problem with his right arm he can not lift but he can move his fingers, could?

Is the baby's pediatrician aware of this? This could be caused by many different things and the cause needs to be determined by the baby's doctor. No guessing here! Is it possible that the baby could have injured his arm somehow or maybe you did accidentally? Or it could be a disease or condition of some kind. There is no other way to handle this other than to get your baby to his doctor. I would not wait around and get to the doctor ASAP! Does the baby act as if he is in pain when he tries to move his arm? Good luck to you and your sweet baby. I truly hope it just a minor problem that can be resolved rather quickly. Take care....
