I have just recently discovered that I am pregnant, but I suffer from insomnia. Are there any natural products that are safe to take while pregnant?

Just a few natural things you might enjoy, that will help you to sleep. I like the herbal teas, Peppermint ( for a light sleep) Spearmint (for a really great sleep) and camomile type teas. My sister swears by a turkey sandwich with mayo and a glass of milk before bed time put her to sleep happy and full, with no side effects. I adore the peppermint teas, I would turn over in the middle of the night and congradulate myself on the great sleep I was having.
