Answers:

Apple Cider Vinegar and Apple Cider flavored vinegar are two different things. You didn't mention why you are drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. If you are drinking Apple Cider Vinegar cocktails, then you want to mix 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 ounces of water 3 times a day. If you are drinking it as part of the Apple Cider Vinegar diet then you want 2 tablespoons in 8 ounces of water 3 times a day. If you are drinking it for other health reasons 2 teaspoons of it straight out of the bottle is what you want to drink. These measurements are for Apple Cider Vinegar, not vinegar with apple cider flavoring.

Vinegar with apple cider flavoring, which is what you are talking about, often contains the ingredient natural apple cider flavoring, and may also contain the ingredient caramel coloring. (possibly spelled charamel depending on the brand). Basically you are drinking vinegar that has been flavored and colored to look and taste like apple cider vinegar, as a cheaper alternative, and less acidic alternative to traditional apple cider vinegar. Drinking apple cider flavored vinegar, won't give you the same health benefits as drinking apple cider vinegar will. In fact, you are basically drinking straight up vinegar with artificial flavors and colors added, think of it as a kids juice box with "add in's" in it so to speak.

If you want to drink apple cider vinegar for health benefits, dieting, or any other reason, look for natural apple cider vinegars. Look for unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurized raw apple cider vinegars that say all natural or organic on the label. The acidity level should be 5% or higher. The best brand that I can recommend is Bragg.
